SCIL Membership
SCIL offers a yearly membership. Once a member, individuals are given the opportunity to vote in the elections for SCIL's Board of Directors and SCIL's By-laws. SCIL membership funds are used to improve services that directly affect people with disabilities in SCIL's 5 county service area.
